Build Your Career with ANTERHILL

At ANTERHILL, our expertise is defined by our people. We aim to create an environment where professionals are trusted to apply their judgement and take meaningful responsibility. We support our people as they deepen their expertise and build experience through challenging work.

Our Core Values

What We Stand For

Our values define how we think, how we work, how we treat people and how we create lasting value. They shape the culture we build, the relationships we form and the standards we expect from ourselves. We encourage every prospective candidate to consider these values when applying to ANTERHILL, as they reflect the culture and ethos of our organisation.

01

One Team. Shared Success.

Collectivism & Group Orientation · Consensus & Harmony

We believe exceptional outcomes emerge when people work together, share knowledge and take collective responsibility. We encourage open dialogue, value different perspectives and seek consensus while remaining willing to challenge ideas constructively.

02

Respect Builds Relationships.

Loyalty & Respect · Supportive Environment

We treat clients, colleagues, partners and stakeholders with respect, fairness and consideration. We build relationships based on trust and loyalty, creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to contribute.

03

Built to Last.

Long-Term Focus & Stability · Reliability

We look beyond immediate transactions and short-term outcomes. We honour our commitments, act consistently and build relationships and solutions designed to create enduring value and long-term confidence.

04

Imperfection Is Where Progress Begins.

Embracing Imperfection & Redefining Perfection · Continuous Improvement & Learning · Growth Mindset

We do not define perfection as the absence of mistakes. We define it as the commitment to recognise, learn, improve and evolve. We remain curious, challenge established thinking and continuously seek better ways of working.

05

Excellence Through Capability.

Competence · Adaptable Flexibility

We believe genuine excellence is built on knowledge, competence and disciplined application. We continuously develop our capabilities while remaining flexible and responsive to changing circumstances, technologies, markets and client needs.

Our Professional Principles

We act truthfully, transparently and ethically, even when doing so requires difficult decisions. We foster a collaborative environment where professionals are encouraged to share knowledge, challenge ideas and continuously develop their capabilities. We value diverse perspectives and believe the strongest solutions emerge when experience, curiosity and different disciplines come together.

We undertake work within our capabilities, maintain professional competence and deliver services with care, diligence and rigour.

We provide impartial professional judgement, identify conflicts of interest and protect the independence of our advice.

We treat people with dignity, listen to different perspectives and make decisions without prejudice or favouritism. PMI expressly identifies respect and fairness as core ethical values, while RICS requires respect and encourages diversity and inclusion.

We take ownership of our decisions, advice and actions and consider their consequences for our clients, the profession and the wider community.

We protect information entrusted to us and maintain the confidence placed in our professional judgement.

We continually learn, reflect and advance our knowledge and professional capabilities.

We uphold the standards expected of trusted professionals and conduct ourselves in a manner that maintains confidence in the professions we represent.

Our Professional Commitment

Ethics Beyond Compliance

ANTERHILL’s professional culture is grounded in the ethical principles and standards of the professional institutions to which our leadership and professionals belong, including RICS, AIQS, CIArb and PMI.

These professional frameworks reinforce the principles that guide our conduct: RICS emphasises honesty, integrity, competence, quality service, respect and responsibility; PMI centres ethical practice on honesty, responsibility, respect and fairness; and CIArb places particular emphasis on integrity, fairness, independence and conflicts of interest in dispute resolution.

Developing Our People

Professional growth is part of how we build lasting capability.

We support development through mentoring, training and knowledge sharing. Our people are encouraged to learn from experience and from one another while continuing to strengthen their professional expertise. When necessary, we provide continuous training either through structured courses or through CPDs to meet the growing demands for skills that achieve technical perfection.

As ANTERHILL expands internationally, we intend to create opportunities for our people to gain broader experience and grow with the firm through synergy and cross-border collaboration.
